Mission Statement
The Aero Valley Property Owner's Association was incorporated in 1985 as a Texas non-profit organization under the Texas Business Organization Code. The name was changed to the Northwest Regional Property Owner's Association in 1990 to follow the airport name change initiated by the Hyde-Way Corporation. The name was changed back in 2019, following a vote by the property owner's to revert the name back to Aero Valley Airport.
The original Articles of Incorporation of the Association (circa 1985) includes the following statement: "To engage in all types of activities not prohibited by law that will promote better citizenship among its members and stimulate educational and other activities as will raise the standards of civic morality and community welfare."
The Property Owner's Association supports that timeless ideal and strives to pursue that end through representation of the rights, privileges and activities of each and every owner in this aviation community. Through aggressive representation of their interests, along with equitable enforcement of norms and restrictions for the common good, the association, through their duly elected Board of Directors, strives to develop and maintain a vibrant, functional and prosperous aviation community for all stakeholders.
